- Exchanges & returns accepted within 30 days of purchase directly from Ubbi.
- Item must be in new, unused, perfect and sellable condition.
- Products must have original packaging.
- Used products cannot be returned/exchanged.
- Email Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate your return/exchange.
- Once our team has approved the return/exchange, you will be emailed a pre-paid label with a scheduled pickup.
- Prepare your package: Place your item in its original packaging.
- Put the pre-paid label, which was emailed to you, on your package: Cover old address labels with the new pre-paid label and securely seal your package using tape to seal the shipping box.
- Have your package ready for the scheduled pick-up. Please note, Ubbi will not reschedule any missed pickups.
- Please inspect your delivery for damages upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues with your delivery.
- Ubbi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this return/exchange policy at any time.
A refund may only be made in the same currency/country as the original purchase. All products must be in perfect saleable condition and in original packaging. All diaper pail returns must include corrugated boxes (brown shipping box) in which it was shipped. Please note that Ubbi will only refund diaper pails which were bought directly from Ubbi. For pails purchased from other retailers, we recommend reaching out to them to process a refund.
